In 2004 'Computics' joined forces with 'The Ink Depot UK Ltd' offering low cost printing consumables online with secure online ordering and delivery together with in house Web Design and Hosting Services. Earlier in 2005 the decision was taken to merge the two businesses to form one company offering complete IT solutions for Home and Business, the new company is Sort IT UK Ltd.

Under the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have the right to a cooling off period of 7 working days from the day after the day you receive the goods in which you can cancel the contract for the purchase of any goods from this website. A full refund will be made excluding any postage charges incurred for the return of the goods. This does not apply to business to business transactions This does not apply to goods made to your own specifications. (As long as the goods have not been used and are in their original undamaged packaging)

  Terms and Conditions

1) All Goods and spare parts are guaranteed by a minimum 1 year return to base warranty (RTB).
2) All goods within 28 days found to be Faulty will be replaced or refunded.
3) Goods returned for replacement or refund should be complete, in the original packaging and the condition supplied.
4) Goods returned after 28 days are subject to the manufacturers warranty policy
5) Liability of goods supplied confirmed faulty, are limited to replacement, repair or credit, subject to stock & current prices
6) Returned Systems or parts under warranty are subject to testing within reasonable time period. Non-faults are chargeable
7) Guarantee applies to hardware only
8) Goods are not sold on a trial basis due to sensitivity of products
9) Prices do not include installation or training or the usage of the equipment or software
10) No fix No fee, full refund policy applies only if upgrade is requested at the time of purchase
11) No returned goods can be accepted without the original Invoice (Please keep it safe, no copies)
12) Complaints should be made in writing by either post or email
13) Software is subject to its licensing agreement, No refunds given once opened. Please check suitability / compatibility
14) Any software on new or used PC's without CD(s) or Product License(s) are installed for demonstration/testing purposes only & need to be purchased from their respective authors or uninstalled by the end user
15) Returned goods not faulty may be accepted at our discretion within 14 days subject to a 30% restocking fee
16) Due to continual changes in hardware and software we cannot guarantee compatibility of a product unless asked to fit it
17) Spare parts and add-on cards are for experienced users only. Responsibility lies with the user as to its purpose
18) Special orders are non-returnable / non-refundable and must be paid for in full on ordering
19) Goods remain the property of Sort IT UK LTD until full payment is received in cleared funds
20) Prices may change without prior notice
