Once its on your desktop, double click and run it. You then activate it by double clicking the option "Double click here to make a connection to Sort IT" You may need to allow your firewall software to get access if it prompts you. Please make sure one of our engineers is in the office before making a connection

During the remote access session, our engineers will be able to activate an online chat facility. This enables you to put the phone down and continue working on other things. Our IT expert will continue to work on your computer and will contact you via this chat facility if your input is needed or to give you further information about the problem. Our IT experts can easily interact with you on the system, showing you the location of buttons and links that may be needed, you will also be able to control the mouse directing us to the problem your having – perfect for if you would like to be more involved in the problem-solving process or if you are interested and want to learn more.
