Includes ALL of the complete cover listed above plus the following:

Twice yearly check-up on your system(s) health, security and stability. Backup monitoring and virus activity. Solving any other minor software glitches that you may be experiencing with a Full quarterly report.

Asses system speed with optimisation and removal of unwanted spyware and system software. Manage system start-up programs and background operations increasing your systems speed and productivity

15% discount on all additional labour charges both onsite and off. Examples of this may be installation of new physical equipment or replacing faulty hardware. Network implementation or solving issues that cannot be resolved offsite.

  Check-up on your system(s) health, security and stability. Backup monitoring and virus activity. Solving     any other minor software glitches that you may be experiencing with Full quarterly report.

  Hardware / Software monitoring and checks, reports on system health and stability.
  Virus / Spyware prevention and scans, checking software is up to date and operating correctly.
  Spam Email optimisation and maintenance.
  System, program and security updates.
  Data and system optimisation. - Checking you have the latest software to keep you protected and your    system operating efficiently as quickly as possible.
  Run through any minor software glitches you are experiencing and correct any other problems your    experiencing.

  Backup monitoring and data integrity. Checking the status of your backup procedures in place making    sure all of your important data is being backed up securely and up to date keeping you protected
  Yearly System cleanout. Using high powered machinery we can remove the internal build up of dust,    grime and dirt one of the main causes of system failure and stability allowing your machine to breathe and    work more efficiently.
  Written quarterly reports on your system(s) health, Upgrade advice for Hardware / software and server /    network developments and recommendations
